Fall Book
The death of the natural and the supernatural. The unwieldy force of civilizations, with images of the China Wall and the text of Borges considering the China Wall and the burning of Books in China by the same Emperor, creating and destroying culture. Such dense thoughts and images of roads, of twisting freeways adjacent to the wetlands, criss crossing our landscape that are the symbol of our walls of this time. Text and images of destruction and the force of fire, associated with fall and death. Sept. 11, 2001 remembered. (two) pages 26" x 42"
